In the movies and the documents....Why tyrannosauruses always have to roar like mad every time when they have killed something? And they both are rexes.

I think the roar is a signal of dominance; an announcement to rivals and other species of predators that 'I'm the dominant predator, and none can defy me', so to speak. Modern-day lions, bears, and wolves do it, usually after they defeat a rival or kill difficult prey. Safe to assume that T. Rexes, the dominant predator of their time, would also use this method, the only thing able to stop them being a larger T.rex, like this here.
